1. Processing Time

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within India and select international countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at akshatjoshi100@gmail.com.

Note for international customers: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vipodha Trading E-commerce store [Vipodha Trading Private Limited] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and resolving any issues.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vipodhaestore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos and video of the damaged item, if applicable.
